First Baptist Church of Trimmier celebrates 33 years this 2012. We are a family oriented body of believers serving Jesus Christ. We are associated with the Southern Baptist Convention, Baptist General Convention of Texas and Bell Baptist Association.
We Believe the Bible is God’s Word - Period!
There is one true and living God, eternally existing in three persons - The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ, God’s Son, was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for the sins of the world, was buried and rose from the dead after three days, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and is coming again to
redeem His church.
Eternal life is a free gift from God and is available to everyone who believes that Jesus Christ diedfor their sins and receives Him, by faith, as Lord and Savior. Salvation is by the grace of God and is not based on our works, and all who believe are sealed by the Holy Spirit, kept by God, and secure in Jesus Christ forever.
Everyone who believes in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is part of the Body of Christ and should participate in a local church for the purpose of worship, fellowship, discipleship, evangelism, and ministry.
